Do any companies waive comprehensive deductible for theft?

State Farm used to waive the comprehensive deductible for theft. Do any other companies do this?

I'd guess each claim is unique
they'll present an offer to you and you can usually get a bit more

the discussion usually is dominated by the low ball value they throw at you
comp deductible is usually minor compared to the discounted offer

I'm not following. I've only ever been insured by State Farm, and their policy was that if you had comprehensive coverage, and your vehicle was stolen, the deductible was waived. This was not up to negotiation. But if it caught fire or was vandalized, then the deductible applied. Since I only care about theft on a bike, I always chose the highest deductible option because I knew it would never factor in. Now that I'm looking around, I'm hearing that not all companies follow this practice.

just referring to claim settlement time
you have a bike stolen you think is worth 10
they come to you with a cheque for 5
the $500 deductible or whatever it is becomes less critical
becomes a matter of net proceeds, which are negotiable to a point
