Their website states: "The strong, lightweight injected thermoplastic shell is sleek and aerodynamic. The face-mask with interior screen offers protection from dust and debris and is vented for fresh air flow. The face-mask quickly attaches and detaches from goggles."

That makes it a plastic open face helmet that comes with goggles and a face mask. The mask is integral to the goggles so pretty sure that does not qualify it as a full coverage helmet.
 
... you know, back in the day when motorcycle helmets were just becoming a thing, we used to debate the advantages of fibre vs plastic and consensus was that plastic helmets flex and distort far easier, the plastic shell returns almost completely back to its original shape way better then fibreglass does. :| Unfortunately, the human skull does not do that flex and return back to shape thing very well.
 
I'd call that an open rather than half helmet

goggles and mask that come with it are kinda cool looking
would offer some wind and bug protection
but in the even of a collision
don't think they'd do much for you
