Need to do a 32k run this Sun in prep for the Oct 22 marathon.

Any suggestions on a route in Mississauga?

Clarkson to CN tower is about 30ish km and pretty easy to map out. You can get there and take the go train back if you want. Or do halfway and loop back.

Strava has a route-maker which allows you to map a route for your run and shows you the # of km. If you use Strava its

Dashboard, My Routes, Create new Route. It's slightly finnicky but it works ;)

Mapmyrun also has a bunch of routes throughout Mississauga that you can loop for 30km.

This route was pretty good, about 29K. Some guys did 32+ by adding the bit from Lifetimes Fitness to South Common at start/end. This is all paved/concrete and has some elevation.

If you want soft surfaces I would look for some trails near credit river/erindale park/rivergrove and even then there is not much continuous soft trails (check this out for some trail maps http://www.walkandrollpeel.ca/map/themap.asp)

I'm in Mississauga and do some long distance running here. Where are you located?

I actually like running the Martin Goodman Trail in Toronto, because you can run the hills around High Park which are great for training. I used to start near Bathurst and run the trail all the way out to the Lighthouse tower and then back and up through Riverside Drive, then Ellis Park Rd, then High Park and then back to Bathurst. It's a very scenic run with reasonable elevation changes:https://goo.gl/maps/r82eQ6Qvr1Q2 - this is 28k and very easy to add an extra 4k anywhere you feel like it.

A route I currently do is from Lifetime Fitness off Winston Churchill. This route is also somewhat hilly and scenic and pretty free of cars. This link is 24k, but it's pretty easy to tack on a few extra k: https://goo.gl/maps/TZSRDcPMhfS2

Down by the water is another nice area to run, either through Port Credit or towards Oakville. This is one I like and is about 30k - the most I ever do: https://goo.gl/maps/QSpKREFQtGE2 - has a good mix of hills, scenery and flat.

If you like trail running, then from Lifetime you can take trails all the way out to Erindale Park and then catch the Culham trail along the Credit River for a very long ways out: https://goo.gl/maps/Auajn3DVhvT2 - this one is only 21k, but you can easily add an out 'n back along Mississauga Rd for another 11k.
