Free cat

Re: Chinese Food Special

Most cats are actually like that so long as they are socialized properly in kittenhood. You have a 2-3 week period during this period (about 1-3 weeks after their eyes open) to form their personality and connection to humans and their environment.

Miss that time period or socialize then wrong or not enough and they typically become less social as adults.

My daughter has two cats that must have been socialized by Charles Manson.

I adopted a pair of cats in June 2016 who were about 5 years old at the time ... sisters from the same litter who had been together all their life. Cats don't like moving, and they both immediately took off and found hiding spots in my house. One of them showed her face after about 4 days, the other one took 10 weeks! But now, as I type this, she's sitting on the back of the sofa beside me, purring.

Re: Chinese Food Special

I had a "farm kitten" once...a wild little bastard. It shredded my first ever leather jacket and sprayed **** over the walls of a tiny apartment.

Re: Chinese Food Special

Yeah, barn cats (that were never socialised to humans) will be like that.

@jeff96 has the cat been claimed or sent to the adoption place yet??
