As long as it says "fit" on the ownership, you can get temp plates. That's all I said.

And that's what I said as well if you want to go back and read it again.

I was clarifying the part about changing the ownership FIRST (without a safety) and then trying to get a temp afterwards which is what I clearly stated was NOT possible. It's also the same advice people always give out that leads people to effectively screwing themselves out of the possibility of getting the temp they planned on getting.
