Saw the aftermath of a crash on the 407 at Lakeridge Rd. This afternoon. Ambulance leaving, wrecked bike. 5 or 6 other bikes pulled off to the side.

Later read that rider was taken to hospital without vital signs.

Careful out there everybody.

Dave Watson was the rider. He died of a massive heart attack while riding. He was with a group in lead got away from them and no other collisions. Dave laid his bike down and only damaged blinker. His son will now be riding his bike. The reason for this post is to correct the words crash or collision. There was no rider error. He went out doing what he loved. And kept on riding when he left this world.
