MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Indian Motorcycle celebrates its return to flat track racing by producing a made-to-order, limited edition Scout FTR750 in a bike-with-benefits package that will price out at $50,000 ($60,000 Canadian).
Only 50 bikes are being produced. Buyers will be able to customize the FTR750 with:

  • Their own number (on a first come, first served basis), 1-50;
  • Custom finishes; and
  • Optional installment of a front brake.
But that’s not all: Buyers will receive VIP access at an American Flat Track event during its 2018 season, where they will have access to the racing pits and a meet-and-greet with the Indian race team. The next morning, the VIP buyer will be able to take a one-on-one flat track riding lesson with a Wrecking Crew rider. Flights and accommodations for two people are included.
The custom FTR750s, which are competition-only and not street legal, are being built to order, Indian said. The company is requiring a $5,000 deposit and then full payment before the bike ships to the customer. Discounts are available for race team buyers. Indian is not providing a warranty for this offer.

So they're selling $60k dirtbikes AND they had the nerve to steal the name of the historic HD race team that used to mop the floor with Indian?

I'll give you two grand and a handjob (OTD price), take it or leave it

You're clearly the intended market.

So they're selling $60k dirtbikes AND they had the nerve to steal the name of the historic HD race team that used to mop the floor with Indian?

Not sure why they'd steal the name from an H-D race team but it's good to see H-D being mopped up now. Hopefully they'll step up their game, not just give up and be sore losers.

And $60K dirtbikes? It isn't cheap to develop a winning motorcycle and when you've only got 50 for sale you need to up the price. You know the factory SX bikes are or were worth around $250k right? Race bikes aren't cheap.

Just make sure Roland Sands doesn't get one anywhere near a stage and this should be a win. Or was Roll in stands the win? Great early marketing lol
