What insurance company for someone that is 25 with an M2 getting a starter bike?

My brother let his M2 expire and wants to redo the course.

He's never been on insurance. Any suggestions? I have no knowledge of the "newbie insurance" stuff anymore as its been years and my policy requires house + car + full M + 30.

Clean record, no tickets.
 
Depends on the bike i guess, Aviva, if he has a ninja 300, try Statefarm(they gave me a great quote)

Bottom line, shop around
 
Try Dalton Timmis, they should be able to find something for your brother. Some insurers to try: intact, desjardin, RBC, aviva, TD (usually expensive), Allstate (if cruiser and under 30), maybe Statefarm.

First I'd check with the company that he has car/house/tenant insurance with as a baseline.
