Rider gets knocked off bike by large piece of metal roofing. That must have hurt. Sandstorms from Mongolia are common in Beijing and northern China every year.

Not sure how he can ride his scooter. I thought that riding scooters and bikes were illegal in Beijing. Seemingly no gear.

I think the scoot took the hardest hit and that's likely an eBike whichis not banned
