Solution to motorcycle thefts

People that ride without insurance don't jack up your rates, unless of course they cause an accident and involve someone else besides them. If they fall and get hurt, they dont get anything from anyone.

As far as lying to the cops so they can ACTUALLY get some work done. I'm all for that. They just don't seem to do enough to get our property back. But on the other hand, if it was their bike, or their kids bike, or a relatives, i'm sure they'd be all over that ****.

Just use as many deterrents as possible if you're parking your bike more some time. The longer you park it for, the more deterrents you should use.
1. Front brake disc lock with alarm - something they don't want to deal with, and you insurance will be cheaper.
2. Rear brake disc lock with alarm - something they don't want to deal with even more because double the noise is just ****ing annoying.
3. Bike cover - they don't know what the bike is and if they look at it, they just look suspicious for one, and they don't even see the alarm(s).
4. Hard wire a GPS. - if they do steal the bike, it will take some time as their is a cover and alarm(s), and you get an instant text message on your phone with bike location. Call the cops right away and get your bike back. Slowly but surely start eliminating these thieves that have no respect for ones property.

It's a lot of ******** we have to go through, but at the same time, the person after your bike will also have to go through a lot of ******** to steal your bike.

PS. Park your bike in visible area's. Don't try to put it in a corner where the thief won't see it. Cause if he does, nobody will see him stealing it.
