Pre-2008 V-Rods (2002-2007) use the 1130cc motor (exception being the CVO edition). 2008+ uses the 1250cc motor I believe.
The displacement size results in a 24% increase in insurance for me. Luckily, I found a 2006.
Also, the bike actually costs less to insure than my 805cc 2011 Suzuki Boulevard M50 did. I'm not sure why, but wanted to share that.
