Any Sv owners run into this issue? Just picked up a 2005 sv650s with 19k, tachometer was fine when i got it but noticed yesterday that its not moving at all.

Funky instruments can be a result of low voltage i.e. the battery or generator giving up. That's a pretty quick check with a meter, I would look at that
