That's pretty much all I got out of running C12. Bike didn't seem any quicker, but the throttle response seemed better. Only tried it because it was free and thus hadn't tuned for it.

That was probably the oxygenating agent in the race fuel.
They stopped using MTBE as an oxygenating agent and started using ethanol. Ethanol sucks as an oxygenating agent.
