Help! Rear brake not working!

Guys, my rear brake isn't grabbing very well and is making a grinding noise. I'm an expert, experienced mechanic, but can't figure this one out. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Just kidding. Found on FB. Unbelievable.

Looks fine to me - did you change out the winter brake fluid ?

And that's why I don't do my own repairs. I could have easily been that guy. ?

Haha, that reminds me of an old neighbour that was a mechanic. He had something very similar to this picture hanging on his wall. The car wasn't even in for a brake job, the owner said they worked fine.

Slotted brake disc? Usually have to pay more for performance parts? A little rusty, yes.

Looks like you left the winter brake pads in. Change out for the spring/summer versions now and I suspect you'll be OK.

Weird thing when I did my own rear brake. I managed to put the rotor on the right way around and between the pads.
