I suggest you avoid eating a lot of carbs at lunch time.

I would extend that to say bring your own lunch. Dunno how/if the track-side food stand has weathered the intervening years but it was pretty bad when I went. And bring stuff to drink, it's thirsty work
 
What tires are you running for the track?
 
Have fun! I had a good time there few years ago. I also recommend bringing your own lunch, snacks and liquids. Check your tire pressures.
 
No warmers needed for Q3's. Dunlop actually advises against using the Q3 on warmers as they will degrade the compound and become greasy.

If you step up to a race dot (d211, GPA's etc...), or a full slick, then you'll need warmers and a generator etc...

yes, pay for theirs then you go home and ride your perfectly in tact bike, lol
