401 E/B near Leslie: Huge holes!

Went across the 401 today in my truck. Huge holes in the Eastbound express lanes just before the Ikea near Leslie!
 
Just report them to the MTO. I have reported a few locations and below is the contact person that responded:
They actually responded within 1 day and repairs done quickly. Especially if it's a safety concern.

DVP and Gardner is under City of Toronto jurisdiction. Try the 311 number or online. If you tell them it's a safety concern they will usually respond quicker.
 
I haven't received a reply to my email. Holes were still there 5 days later when I drove that stretch again.
Be careful if riding through there. There's some bad ones!
 
Try calling them then. This way it gets logged and they give you a reference no for follow up.
