Temperance street - one way between Yonge/Bay?

I've been confused since last year whether Temperance between Yonge and Bay is one way or not . I noticed do not enter signs posted facing Bay street this morning, I could've sworn those weren't there before (or I'm just blind and never noticed them). Cars also drove both ways down the street so I can't have simply missed the signs. The yellow center line is still on the ground.

I also noticed a few days ago street parking on Temperance has been extended for the entire street instead of just a portion near Bay, that I know wasn't like that before.

So what's the deal with Temperance and the whole one way thing?

It was 1-way before construction began on the east tower, then switched to 2-ways for easier access for construction vehicles. Now that the tower is finished, it has switched back to 1-way except for a few feet at the Yonge St end for vehicles coming out of the driveway on the south side. It also had parking end-to-end before the construction, so it's nice to see that return. On a good day, the entire block would be taken up with bikes.

sort of off-topic, but that's terrible name for a street, harking back to a time best forgotten
