well bought a bike last june 2015 Honda cbr r
- what to do to the bike fist time out.....its been sitting in my garage since fall...

Check all fluid levels, check tire pressures. Once you start the engine, check that all lighting works and that the horn works.

This and make sure the brakes are working fine and you're good to go. Might have to boost it. Maybe change the oil depending on whether you changed it last fall or not.
 
Your best bet is to refer the Owners Manual. You should find all the info you need.
If you dont have the hard copy - find it online...
