With all the accessories tied in to the battery it is very difficult to tighten down the terminal bolt
what are you guys doing to alleviate the congestion?

longer bolt

Run a leader wire away from the battery, brace it to the frame and attach your accessories to it.

There's various fuse blocks you can get like the PA ones and there are bike ones with a trigger lead to give you ignition switched accessories. I had one on my last bike, very useful but most seem a bit overpriced for what they are.

Are we related somehow?

This is my old bike,

Building your own is a little clunky but cheap and functional. The setup above cost me maybe $15-20. Fuse block for positive, grounding strip for negative, generic five pin relay between the battery and the fuse block.

Eastern Beaver makes some really nice kits, relay, wiring all included.

One of my previous replies was deleted as it was considered advertising. I'm going to just try to put it in a more transparent way - you want a fusebox that is slightly weatherproofed for your bike. You'll have to find a post that is ignition switched for the LED enabled ones.
