Proper right-hand turn, when bicycle v. non-bicycle lanes?

Personally I don't think anyone should have to stop at a stop sign or red light if there's no conflicting traffic. I mean the only value of a stop is to avoid collisions so if there's no other traffic, there's no value in stopping. But that's crazy talk.


That's why traffic circles (round-a-bouts) work so well. For some reason many North American drivers fail to grasp how to properly use them so they are rarely implemented.
