What would you pay...

I have personally taken two Kawasaki sport bikes to 118,000 km (coincidentally). I currently have one for which the plan is to cross 90,000 km tomorrow. A friend of mine has a 2000 Yamaha R1 with around 100,000 km on it. Another friend has a '99 R6 with just short of 100,000 km on it.

Don't worry about the number on the odometer as long as the bike has been taken care of decently.
 
My 2004 gsxr has 80k now. Just broken in
 
Have you taken a 600 ss for a test drive?

I felt they'd be good for track days, or the 400 series during non congested times, but other bikes were better suited for the way/places I ride. Some people do take them on the 80 kph country road twisties, but they tend to ride much more over the speed limit, use more of the opposing lane, and have more close calls than I do.
