Anyone have recommendations on free VPN providers?

I use Tunnelbear on my Win PC. It's onky 500MB free per month so I keep it off unless I want to access content restricted in Canada, or if I'm viewing something which may not be licensed through the channel I'm on.

I use Disconnect Privacy Pro on my iPad. Works fine.

You won't find much for free, but the paid options aren't very much. I think I paid around $60/year for NordVPN.

I've heard good things, but the one potential downside is they are based in the US...although I believe they say they do not log anything.
