Looks like Dorna wants WSBK to go to Superstock 1000 rules... make it a real production bike race series, but with a spec ECU that all bikes must use.

interesting read. I like the idea of prod'n based. This is overdue. I really don't know what to think about the ecu restrictions, I would like to hear more argument and discussion.
Ecu should have to be what is in the road bike with some minor remapping if they want trickle down to happen spec ecu seems stupid.

Nah, I think custom ECU is ok, but EVERY part the factory Superbikes use should have to be available over the counter.
