I hate gift cards. Give cash and don't limit the receiver to some random business.

Always better to rent the whole space to a local in the condo anyways. Only one person to deal with and the condo rules are followed. I hate condo rules too. I prefer to make my own choices. Let a neighbor use some of my driveway for a few months. They gave me a gift, all's good.

insults won't make you right.
it is simply bad advice telling someone to knowingly conceal, and to lie to their insurance company.
