A friend was down in Mississauga.

He has to wait for the wind to change and blow this fecal matter out of the dive site.

Its an algea thats off the bottom of the lake, when the water cools (now) the algea dies out and floats to the top.

If your buddy has a mask on and a reg in his mouth and thats on the surface why isnt he just slipping past the top ft of water and getting on with it? Diving in 1 ft of water?
 
It's fecal matter overflow from the Waste treatment plant.
 
You should know that anybody that lives on Lake Ontario would never dive into it unless they wanted to die from several types of disease.
 
Unfortunately, he's a professional diver, and has a job to do there. So please try and keep the flushing down for the next couple of days.

So technically...it's the WTP that's the issue with lack of capacity....not people pooping in the lake? right?
