Since it's almost the end of track season , I'm picking up some track reading material to keep my mind refreshed.
I ran into this website by a guy named Dan Netting from the UK. He had a website called Track Fay hubs where I used to read a lot of his tips that were actually good.
He now created a lesson plan (for a price, of course) see link below for track riding. I was wondering if any of you heard or subscribed to it?
