Who has access to lookup contact info from license plate?

Good Morning,

There's been this bike sitting at my work parking lot for over a week. I'm starting to suspect the bike was stolen. I'd like to contact the owner to see if they're aware their bike is sitting here. Anyone have access to do a license plate lookup? Please send me a PM.

Call the Police ask them to run the plate to see if it is reported stolen, if it is, they will deal with it, if it comes back clear, well then they will do nothing... Registered Owner info will not be given to a civilian, and those working in the business, and that have access to that info should not give out that info, it can cost them a job if found out.
 
grab the vin, pay $15 and get a UVIP if you want to deal with it yourself...otherwise call the cops like said above.
