I wouldn't buy the Grom/Z125 as my only bike. I say get the used FZ6 and then the little toy thingie.

I owned an 06 FZ6. Except that I thought the styling was horrid I found it a great all around bike. The seat became a brick after about an hour but that didn't prevent me taking long trips (sheepskin is so sexy on a sport bike)
It redlined at about 14,000 and after a while I got tired of having to spool it up before the real power started.
Buy used. It's always the most economical. 13 street bikes so far over the years and never wasted money on brand new.

Buy used, if you want a different bike, you can flip it and get your money back. Buying new costs a lot if you want to sell it in the next few years.
