My crash...that sucked

Good to see everything worked out for all considering the situation. Damn! That could have ended very badly.
It seems Kawis saves lives :)

I like what you did with the rear spoiler...better traction?:D

Could've been much worse.

It helps to do "pop-a-wheelies"

good to hear you are ok all things considered

get well soon!!

Glad to hear that you are relatively okay. Shoot me a pm if you need anything, help with the bike etc.

Thanks guys

Saw the specialist today, get a plate/screws this weekend. My brain feels a little scrambled but nothing too severe. If it gets worse I'll seek help but seeing as how the CT scan showed nothing I don't think there's anything anyone can do for me.

Thanks guys

Second opinions are a great thing, get it done

Getting it done a Oshawa General? That is where I had my collarbone plated earlier this summer. It worked out well for me. I'm hoping the same for you.

Get a second opinion about the CT scan?
no, what i mean is now that a few days have passed, if you are still or started feeling scrambled I would get a different hospital to redo the test, things could have changed, brain swollen, who knows.

From experiences with my family, I don't trust any one doctor or any one test.

Gotcha! If it changes any over the next week I'll be sure to get checked out again.

Yes Oshawa general. Who was the surgeon?

Dr Gharsa (not sure about the spelling)

There was an older doc that saw me prior to operation at the fracture clinic,( his name escapes me). Turns out his son, who works at Oshawa now, was part of the team that rebuilt my shoulder at Hamilton General a few years ago.

It amazing what they can do with plates, pins and screws these days.
