I wonder if the used vehicle info package UVIP [green pkg] is avail for trailer plate? I can't seem to find it online,, I was hoping to avoid a hour line up to ask at service ontario... the phone is always busy...

It doesn't go by the plate, it goes by the VIN. I don't believe UVIP's are available for anything other than powered vehicles - I know I did not have or need one when I sold our RV.
 
You don't even need a VIN. They'll ask for one. Say it's homemade or a kit. Pay the plate fee.
