I've got a window A/C unit that will do about 350 to 400 sq feet max its 8,000btu. For those who don't know i'm a refrigeration mechanic and I just plop the cash into my daughters RRESP. I find old units fix them up and sell them. i'll give you a one season warranty. This is the old school mechanical not the electronic made in China crap that dies and can't be fixed.
