Anyone know if there are any agencies out there that can use used helmets? I remember reading about the EMS or fire dept being able to use them for training purposes. Want to see if anyone has done that. I have 3 or 4 old helmets that are just lying around and I rather put them to good use then to just throwing it out.

Toronto EMS will take them. Toronto Fire has a deal where they get new old obsolete stock from a distributor.
I used to have a contact name, but lost it, sorry.
