How much deflection/runout is acceptable?

Yeah? Looks a little more apparent in person. Seems the tire is slightly out of round. The second video shows it a bit better.

Deflate, reinflate- maybe its not perfectly up on the bead ?

Its seated. 33 psi. Most runout i've ever had.
