Sv1000 vs tl1000s vs tl1000r vs gsxr 1000

I've ridden them all (most extensively the SV and GSXR). 100km is nothing on either of them and unless you're 7ft tall or have terrible joints you'll be fine on any. I've done 4000km's in a week on a GSXR1000 and was fine.
All are bulletproof however with a $3000 budget you're more likely to get a GSXR that's been thrashed compared to a low-mile SV.
I'd say go with the SV. Newer and easier to find parts for than the TL's and 99% as fun. Cheaper ins than a GSXR as well.
Add pipes and they sound intoxicating.

100km is not a big deal on any bike. Pick one that blows your hair back.

This. If I can do 4 hrs on a cramped RS125 any of these will be fine. I'd expect the GSXR to be hardest/most expensive to insure.

The ergos on a supersport of going to kill you with that. I commute 100 km each way to work (Brantford to Mississauga) on my Concours and it's awesome.

100kms a day or even 200 on a GSXR is nothing. Just rode to WV, got turned around by a sudden change in forecast and basically rode home again. 2500kms in 4 days on my GSXR. No problems here.
