Two killed after minivan hits motorcycle
LAKESHORE, Ont. — Police say two people have died in a collision between a motorcycle and a minivan in the town of Lakeshore, Ont., near Windsor.
They allege the accident happened Saturday evening when a minivan ran a stop sign and hit a motorcycle that was carrying two people.
Investigators say the unidentified driver and passenger were thrown from the motorcycle, and were seriously injured.
They were taken to hospital, where they died of their injuries.
Police say the minivan driver, who hasn't been named, wasn't injured.
They say charges are pending.
