Temporary "Transport" Insurance

I am looking to get temporary insurance to move my motorcycle (in storage) from my old house (North York) to a new house (Milton). I just need it for a few hours to make it legal to ride. Does anyone know of a company that offers this?

I have a 2007 Yamaha R1, which is classified as a SS. Thanks!

I don't even think this is possible, you would get stuck with minimum retained premium. It's not worth their time to sign you up for a $20 policy. I'm with riceburner, put it in a trailer (or your moving truck).

Minimum retained premium would be in the hundreds plus the delays. Uhaul for a few hours would be under $50.00. Also does it have a current plate?

Can't be done unless it's plated, and can't be plated unless it's in "FIT" status (ie, certified), and also as mentioned above, it'd be a colossal PITA.

UHaul rents purpose-built motorcycle trailers for $20/day. WAY easier and less hassle.
