Looking for someone to replace rear tire 140/70 17

The stock rear on my CBR300 has got about 8600km on it and just about touching the wear bars now, starting to get a little squirrely and has maybe 500km left in it. I'm planning on picking up a Pilot Street Radial to replace it with. Can anyone here remove/install and balance my rear tire for me for a reasonable price? I would prefer to ride in and out, rather than remove the wheel and bring it in.

Just swapped out a mint set of Michelin Pilot Streets last night for a old forum member. Pulled them from a R3 as the owner wanted some aggressive tires.
