What's for dinner?

Anyone know a good place to get naan bread in the gta

I get mine at Loblaws Superstore and prefer the stuff made with butter. There are cheaper types but it's hard to beat the taste of butter.

Ah okay I was wondering if they had them in regular grocery stores because I went to longos and found none. I was thinking they only sold them in specific Indian stores or something.

I'll check out loblaws thanks

My pork back rib cook mentioned last page. Greek ribs low and slow on the weber summit grill. 4 hrs.

yes, do you know which hops you have? not saying I'm worthy , but I'll make something folks will get drunk on.

I know they are not ornamental, it's a proper brewing hops vine.

If anyone is interested shoot me a PM

Tried a new preparation style, stuffed pork tenderloin. Here I used apricot jam, fresh apples, cinnamon and cayenne pepper for sweet heat. Grilled on the weber summit. Amazing. I can think of many other combinations to try.

Thx! I never know if anyone is reading this. I'm really loving that new cooking option. Much more will be coming.

Here is my second rack of ribs I did earlier in the week. Lemon pepper pork back ribs 4 hour grill on the weber summit. Added some oregano, basil and a bit of thyme again. Right off the grill and just before a judicious application of fresh squeezed lemon.

Did another stuffed pork tenderloin. Amazing.

Stuffed with cream cheese, a bit of ground dried hot red chili peppers (super hot asian peppers) and sliced California pickled hot chili peppers. The original version best known is cream cheese with cut jalapenos (think bagels). I used what I had in the kitchen and it worked out so well. Love this flavour.

Ok you guys are just showing off now. What about 5pm tomorrow, I'll bring wine?

Want to, no one else will

Go for it. There are various versions, from traditional (aka big, feeds over 20 people) to various deboned and 1/2 size options, something to accommodate all sizes of groups. Talk to your butchers about your wants and what they can offer. It's next level over turkey.

Thing is I'll end up with turducken for a month. I am impressed with how this turkey came out, despite it being a butterball. It was a small one, 9.25 lbs. had lots of flavour.

I used the weber summit rotisserie for a fryer chicken I picked up costing $5.75 (best price I've seen for years). And I used that national bbq competition award winning Misty Mountain bbq sauce. It caramelizes/candies up like crazy with the ceramic IR burner.

Nice shot of the cook and the ceramic IR burner at work. I caught the drippings for gravy. Did mashed fresh garden potatoes with the meal. How could one not use that gravy? :D

Lots of detail and so much juicy tender tastiness. Click on it to zoom, and click again until it zooms a second time and you should see full size.
