Need a kickstand bracket welded to a frame

Hey,

Anyone know of a shop or garage that can fabricate and weld a kickstand bracket to a frame? I have a drawing of the bracket, its pretty straightforward, and I have the kickstand and return spring already.
 
Try any local machine shop. Is it steel or alumni or stainless ?
 
1/4" steel is appropriate I think. I'll call around to some local shops
