There used to be battery repair shops that would cast a new post on but they may have gone the way of the shoe repair guy. As Samuri says, If it's older then just go new.
You could probably repair it, but I don't know if I'd trust the repair. The two easiest options I see are soldering the wire one (which may be hard to get enough heat into the terminal without melting the case and it may crack with vibration) or using selftapping screws to screw the wire to the lug that is left (which may corrode obscenely fast)
