New Rider Looking for Info

Hi All,

I have just began my journey to riding a motorcycle and am very excited. I would like to know what I should expect to be paying for insurance given my situation, upon receiving my M2. Not looking to get insured with just an M1. My parents have their house and car insurance with Allstate (don't know if that effects anything).

M1 - Competed April 14 2016
M2 - Taking M1 exit course at Humber
Age - 22
G licence
Reside in Mississauga


Looking at a small starter bike to start out with. Either the ninja 300, CBR300, or R3.

Ball park I'd say $1400-$1800. Suggest going through Aviva.

Is there a specific contact at Aviva you would recommend?

I'm 25 (literally just got my M2 license) and am riding a CBR300. Got insured with Aviva through Dalton Timmins. Paying ~$1400/year for liability and comprehensive. Talk to Hilda Vyn at Dalton Timmins. She's awesome.
