I'm doing it in Whitby this weekend, long johns and as many shirts as you can comfortably fit under your jacket and still move will be needed. As long as the sun stays out it shouldn't be too bad
 
Keeping your hands & feet warm is going to be the big challenge. Consider snowmobiling gloves & socks...

Also consider going to Mark's Work Warehouse (e.g.) and get a dickie; I swear by this at highway speeds at near freezing temps. It will help keep your neck warm.

High for Saturday is forecast to be around -4oC. After a few hours that's going to feel pretty cold.

Take a parka to wear over your gear when you not on the bike....i'm cold just thinking about it. Have fun.
