I can't remember all the all the stuff my Canadian buddy is getting after someone left turned into him while riding in the USA.
Obviously a new bike
All medicals paid
All expenses for his wife to stay with him (She was on her own bike and not injured)
They pay for the sick days he uses up from work
Physio
Pain and suffering
Lost holiday pay
We get ????
If an American has a Not-at-fault here I assume he deals with our laws. He will not be happy.
If fraud is a problem here now what if we had American rates?

I don't think Poland understands capitalism. Must charge more. If not possible, lobby gov. for law change.
