Front Forks Refresh
Rear Shock Refresh
Wheel Bearing replacement in all 4 wheels
Clean and Grease the Swing Arm pivot
Clean The bike properly
Maybe a Motor Refresh - It will depend on what the plan is for racing next year

I think that is it.

- respring front and rear
- new brake pads
- change all fluids
- install new Hindle end can

02 SV
- new gear box
- engine refresh while it's out
- install new Hindle end can
99 SV
- redo bodywork from crashes in 2015
- all new fluids
- new brake pads
- install new Hindle end can

250s (two sold bikes that I'm storing)
- change all fluids

I finally have a short "to do" list this year. It's the first winter I won't be pulling a motor since I started racing.
 
- re-spring the front and adjust the rear suspension

- Wait for spring

- try not to crash it on my first track day
 
Just finished repairing & painting the fairing.
Front fork seals need replacing & a general front fork service.
Send rear shock to be re-sprung for my weight & serviced.
Replace front brake pads & service the callipers.
Lots of little things like fitting a Dimple magnetic oil drain plug, tidying up wiring from where lights etc were removed & a really good clean of the bike.
 
KTM 350, I shaved the seat down about 25mm to make it a bit more comfortable in the tight, gnarly single track. Still have to do an overall check now that it has some hours on it, including a valve check.

ZX6R, not much to do on it this winter. I can't find my 0.95 springs... I'll wait to refresh the forks and hopefully will find the damned springs. Moving sucks. Always seem to lose something. LOL
 
Needed

Repack exhaust
New chain
Brake flush/new pads
New rubber

Lose 20 lbs so i.dont have to **** with suspension
 
Put a deposit on Dave's last 250
Save money for gear, spares, track days, transport...etc
Internal mental debate...track days only or track days and Race series too...debate continues
Wait for spring
 
This thread is reminding me so extra smaller things I have to do.
