I bought a 03 zx6r 636 with a rear mount turbo and stretched 6 inches and ported heads, cams, and the power commander 3 stop working and the motor runs bad stalls aND has a hard time abs over heats. I was thinking should I rip the motor and turbo and putting a stock motor I was wondering any ideas.

Or get a new powercommander first. If you still decide to tear the motor out it's still a usable part. If you keep riding it the way it is you'll probably need a motor anyway.
 
Call dynojet they can diagnose the PC remotely. Mine wasn't working, needed the throttle position reset. They did it over the phone remotely on my laptop.

they don't care. You just give em the serial number and they fix it up.

I bought mine used for $100. I gave the guy the serial and he told me it was manufactured in 2003. Pretty good chance I didn't buy it haha

Someone bought it, so they still support for their product
