If you want a bot to ride faster than a human, the motorcycle is a bot itself.

From my engineering point of view, this is created by a marketing team.

Mechanical control can never go faster or more precise than a digital control.
 
What's the point? Does it feed the sensations into my brain as I sit on the couch safe at home? I ride cause "I" like it.
 
The robot should have been further along in development before a vid was made. It's cool and all (I design robots for a living and so appreciate the technology and appearance) but it seems a little light on capability and a "wow" factor.
 
Early days for the project, apparently. Right now it seems like a less capable full scale version of those remote control motorcycles. And whoever produced that video short needs to be demoted to grease trap duty
 
Why did they create that they already have a riding robot they call him Lorenzo!
