Green P parking for motorcycles

What's happening with the Green P parking for motorcycles ? Is it still free for us or not ?

(Just got into an argument with an attendant at a green p lot)

Was never free in a P lot. It's only free in on-street pay & display areas.

Although I've never had a problem just parking in one and not paying on my bike. Then again, I've never seen one with an attendant, other than underground.

Green P have their own people who do enforcement in their lots, not the Parking Enforcement guys who do it on the street.
They have a small hand held computer that keeps track of the plates of those who park but don't pay.
If they catch you they will give you a reminder envelope to pay. There is a receptacle to place your payment by the ticket machine.
After a certain number of times being caught without paying they start issuing parking tags.
I don't know how often they patrol or how many reminders you get before you get a tag.
