Found this app "greatest road motorcycle rider gps navigation road finder"
Looks really cool with lots of routes posted all throughout Canada and US it can navigate to the start of the routes and duration of the route of course and you can email the routes in gpx file for downloading.Just go to the area of interest then click routes and it will search all routes posted for the area.

Here is a good app for Android. I'm not sure if the OP is talking about this one, but its a decent app.

if you just looking for a gps app. this one is pretty damn cool. Works with motorized vehicle, pedal bike or even walking.

the paid version works in background. So you could stick phone in pocket and ride around. Then check distance and average speed / max speed
when stopped.

I just downloaded the greatest road app. It's good. There is the routes the user uploaded but what I like most is you can create and load up up your own route from the phone instead of the having to do on laptop
