If you already have the bike and you already have yourself as a test-fitting subject, what do you need to measure and why? What's the issue?
If something isn't comfortable, find out in which direction whatever-it-is needs to move, and move it until it is.
I did an endurance stint on a bike set up for someone nearly a foot shorter. It didn't take long to figure out that I couldn't move my legs while on board. (Couldn't do 3 laps in practice!) Found a piece of foam ... duct taped it to the seat ... that raised the seat up enough that I could move my legs ... Fixed!
