Most of this stuff is incredibly tame and not video-worthy; whoever is making the video comes across as a massive ***** who probably shouldn't be on the road to begin with.
 
Nope. Riding on the shoulder. Not Legal, car or bike.

At 0:09 you can see a car stopped with its hazards flashing a couple of lanes over from the camera car. I think the one that ended up in front of the camera car didn't see it until the last second, swerved and clipped it (hence losing the rear bumper cover) and went on to lose control. Not paying attention...
